Head, eyes, and jaw, in one practice.

A neuro-assessment focused on traumatic brain injury and headache, with Dr. Ament.

  • Concussion testing

Testing that is comprehensive, thorough, and specific to the patient.

  • Nerve blocks

Targeted nerve block procedures, done in the practice.

  • Botox for migraine

A minimally invasive treatment that can reduce how often migraines come and how severe they are.

  • At-home sleep testing

A simple sleep study done at home that can identify sleep disorders and apnea.

  • Vagal nerve stimulation

Offered in the practice. Ask the team whether it fits your care plan.

A first visit, in four steps.

Bring a list of questions, your medications (including over-the-counter drugs and supplements), your allergies, and any records you have. If you have none, the practice will request them.

  1. Call the office

Visits are by appointment only. A team member contacts you before your visit.

  2. Complete your forms

Once staff have your basic details, register in the patient portal and finish your forms before you come in. If they are not done, plan to arrive 30 to 40 minutes early.

  3. Meet with the team

A staff member gathers your history. Dr. Ament then evaluates you and does an exam.

  4. Get a plan you can follow

You leave with a personalized plan, and the team shares it with your whole care team.

A direct pay practice, in plain words.

Cherry Creek Neurology is not contracted with any health insurer or government plan. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made. Fees are not listed on this site, so please call the front desk to ask what a visit costs.

Services may be reimbursable under a patient's own out-of-network benefits. Whether and how much depends on that patient's plan.

Accepted
Cash pay, direct liens, lien companies, and payment arrangements tied to auto-collision claims. Cards: Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard.
Not covered
Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare. Government plans are not reimbursable.
Vision therapy
Cash pay, HSA, direct lien, or lien company. It is not typically covered by vision insurance.
Injury and accident cases

Iris answers while the desk is busy with a patient.

Iris is an AI patient care coordinator, a concept ATERNA built to show what this website and the phone line could do for Cherry Creek Neurology. She says she is an AI, and she says the call is recorded.

  • Starts the new patient request

Name, callback number, and a preferred time window. Staff follow up. She never asks for a diagnosis, a date of birth, or an insurance number.

  • Answers from the practice’s own words

What to bring, how the patient portal works, where the offices are, and how direct pay works. If it is not published, she says the team will follow up.

  • Keeps referrals safe

She points referring offices to fax or phone for anything with patient details, and logs a callback request for the front desk.

What this is, and is not

This is a concept demo with invented people. The practice publishes hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM by appointment and no after-hours line, so Iris makes no after-hours promise. If she covered more of the day, the practice would decide who gets an urgent note.

She does not diagnose, interpret a symptom, advise on a medication, quote a price, or promise a time. If anyone describes an emergency, she says to call 911.
