Cherry Creek Neurology

We welcome referrals.

If you are a physician or other healthcare provider with a patient who has a neurological condition, we encourage you to refer that patient to Cherry Creek Neurology. We work with you on a care plan and share how the patient is progressing.

What happens next

  1. The practice calls your patient within 2 business days to arrange an appointment.
  2. You receive office notes and copies of any labs and test results.
  3. If the practice cannot reach your patient by the third call, it contacts you for further instructions.

Who to send

The practice invites referrals for neurological conditions such as:

  • Concussion
  • Headaches
  • Dizziness
  • Speech problems
  • Vision changes
  • Sleep issues

Dr. Michael Ament is a neurologist and a sub-specialist in headache medicine, with added expertise in concussion and traumatic brain injury. Vision therapy and jaw therapy are in the practice too, so one referral can cover the whole picture.

For injury attorneys’ offices

Cherry Creek Neurology is a direct pay practice and is not contracted with any health insurer. For injury and accident cases, the practice accepts direct liens, lien companies, and payment arrangements tied to auto-collision claims.

Marrick Medical and MoveDocs are the two lien companies the practice names. To set up an arrangement for a client, call the front desk. The practice does not publish fee amounts, and it cannot advise on liens or any legal matter.
